Purchase of a pattern from this website (or through third-party websites) is the purchase of a digital knitting pattern, not a physical printed pattern, a knitted item or any tools or yarn to make that item.

Each individual purchase of Libby Jonson’s/Truly Myrtle’s content here at trulymyrtle.com (or through third-party websites) entitles one customer to the unlimited personal use of the content/pattern they purchased. Making copies or sharing copies with friends, customers, colleagues, family members, or sharing online in whole or in part, is a violation of copyright and is against the law.

Pattern Support

The patterns sold here have been carefully written, tech-edited and tested. In some cases, tutorials are linked in the pattern. You, as the customer, are responsible for ensuring you have the skill level to knit a pattern. See www.trulymyrtle.com/help for advice on how to get basic pattern support.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

All purchases are final; non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Take care to enter discount codes accurately and to read pattern details before purchasing. Purchases that use an incorrect discount code or omit to use a discount code will not be refunded.
