Welcome to the second interview in the “Our Wardrobe Stories” series.
Today I am talking with Vicky from Rosewood Wool – a gorgeous hand-dyed yarn company based here in New Zealand. Vicky and Nicola create beautiful yarn from local fibre and you can find them and their yarn:

As well as dyeing lovely yarn, Vicky makes most of her children’s clothes. I had a wonderful afternoon with Vicky and we talked about making clothes and the ethics behind choosing clothing and materials for our knitting and sewing.
You can find the movie The True Cost on iTunes and Netflix and the ethical yarn she spoke about is the very fabulous Madelinetosh yarn.
Happy listening!
