Outfit 4 - luxury slippers

I enjoyed reading all about your house choices in yesterday’s post. There were lots of monkeys, and even more bees! Maybe you’re a peacock or a Manatee? If you didn’t visit yesterday you might like to take a peek at yesterday’s post – tell me what house you are … and enter my giveaway :)

Are you feeling confused about why I chose Monkey over Bee? I don’t blame you. I do a lot of buzzing about trying a little bit of this, a little bit of that, swooning over fabulous designs and delicious yarn, and I do have a tendency to rattle projects out pretty quickly …

But, I think I’m right. And, I think this’ll explain why.
Outfit 4 - luxury slippers

I’m knitting some French Press Slippers in scrummy Malabrigo yarn in tones that range from copper right through to khaki for Outfit 4. The slippers are knit in pieces, sewn together then felted. My Ravelry project page is here.

Well, while scrolling through the thousands of French Press Slipper projects on Ravelry, I discovered that someone had made a seamless pair, then someone else, and someone else, and so on … Apparently, if I  wrap my brain around it, I can knit a seamless pair too.

See? I love a challenge. Monkey
